I LOVE Sarah Palin. I think she’s adorable. I always have. She’s cuter than a bug burp and dumber than two sacks of hammers. She stumbles through written speeches saying the damndest, lies and distortions in political history. She and her family are a bunch of trailor-trash hillbillies and she can get away with things that would destroy any other political career. So having said all that, why would I not hate her? Simple. Because she is one of the bright,shiny faces of the Republican party, or what’s left of it.

She gets traction in ways where anyone else would sit spinning their wheels. Her latest foray into the national spotlight was over a stupid joke on the Letterman show. She and her hillbilly husband twisted and warped that joke into an evil remark about raping her 14 year old. It was a one news cycle story and Dave apologised several times, but she and her possee kept it up and she kept raking in cash and the corrupt “news” organizations kept giving her face time so of course she kept ramping up the hate. Her “rise-up” moment came when “several” protesters showed in front of the studio with the typical hate-mongers with no idea of the facts and icky signs.There were tens of stupid people showed up,calling Dave’s son a bastard, his wife a slut and Dave a sex offender.

Here’s a couple things to consider. Out of a population of just over eight million people, about fifteen, yes fifteen showed up to show their feigned outrage over this “issue”. Jeeze, you’d think this was an Iranian election protest the way the media played this. The numbskulls who DID show up were yelling “SOCIALIST!!!”, now just what the hell THAT has to do with this issue is beyond me. There are at LEAST ten other examples of late night comics making jokes about the Palin “knocked-up daughter” issue, and THIS is the only time the Palins have expressed concern let alone out rage. BUT. Dave caught McCrazy in a lie and pointed it out……just sayin. Last but not least, Bristol got knocked up IN Palins HOUSE while Sarah was THERE.

The last post I wrote dealt with truely evil domestic terrorists in the “government forced-birth” movement. I felt at that time and I still do, that organized religion in this country has devolved into a hate-filled supremacy for money cult.

Just as soon as I decide that all hope is lost,someone comes by makes me feel guilty and foolish. THIS time it came in the form of Frank Schaffer. He has been involved in the abortion is murder for power and profit gang for the last thirty years. He and his father traveled the country yelling at churches about us liberals and our “pro-abortion” stance.

After the murder of Dr Tiller in Wichita, Mr Schaffer wrote a piece for Huffington Post admitting that the rhetoric he and MANY others engaged in was over the top incendiary hate speech and responsible for the death of this and other womens health providers. As he states in the article, he is sorry that the movement he and his father started has gone from idological to reactionary and he said for that he is sorry. He restated this apology many times during an appearance on Rachel Madow’s show. So being the big liberal that I am, I’ll give this guy the benefit of a doubt. Is my faith in the “faithful” restored? To some degree. Will I get my Bible back out of it’s box? Probably not. This is one guy, in response to a terrorist attack HE helped inspire. Are there others willing to admit their accountability? We’ll see.

In response to the murder (IN HIS CHURCH for Christ sakes)  of Dr Tiller in Wichita Kansas, Operation Rescue terror proponent Randall Terry proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that for all intent and purpose, there IS no God. Not HIS kind of God anyway. Terry, the domestic terrorist was his usual demented self ,whining that the Obama administration was going to “use” this cold-blooded terrorist murder to deprive the “christian” supremacist movement of their best rhetoric. Read his sickening rant HERE. So what kind of “rhetoric” is Terry the terrorist talking about ? Here’s some twitter terror tweets from these “loving christians”. Nice huh? Doesn’t just make ya want to go worship jesus with them? Loving God my ass.

Terry the domestic terrorist proponent claims Dr Tiller has “a lot of blood on his hands”. Well A LOT of people have Dr Tiller’s blood on THEIR hands. From the obvious ones like Terry and his associate, Scott Roeder, to Bill-O the big mouth hate monger on fox news to the Army of God, these people are terrorists. You can call them domestic terrorists if it makes your skin crawl less, but they use murder, bombings and threats against AMERICANS conducting legal business in the United States. JUST LIKE BIN-SLOBBIN!!!

This has to stop. NOW!! Are we so afraid of offending the likes of fox news that we will crawl on our bellies and allow this terrorist sect to continue operating in the US? Besides, they are SO stupid and SO ignorant that they don’t realize that their REAL enemy is the Republican party? THEY used this issue to sucker these zealots into putting them into power. The GOP had the House, the Senate, the White House AND the Supreme Court for SIX YEARS and they did NOTHING!!! Hey you idiots, they played you for chumps AND suckers and you’re pissed at DOCTORS? GAWD, you’re pathetic! Stupid murdering losers.

Now how did Terry prove there is no God? As he was speaking his putrid ravings, I expected a lightning bolt to strike this money-grubbing whore in the head. No lightning bolt, no GAWD, that simple.

The once professional and credible NBC news show Meet the press has been degraded into a fox news lite by it’s new host David Gregory, plain, pure and simple. He and newtie ganged up on a sitting US Senator on Sunday. The rat gregory and the disgraced FORMER Speaker of the House newtie took turns attacking Sen Durbin. Gregory let gingrich get away with already de-bunked fantasy,over and over. ” We ALL thought they had WMD” , “Colin Powell said they had WMD” GAWD what a stone hearted liar. And there’s gregory going along. It was like watching Elizabeth Hasselbeck with a suit and tie on. Don’t believe me, see for yourself, HERE. If NBC wants to maintain or RE-gain SOME credibility, they need to dump gregory, scrap meet the press and start from scratch. Here’s yet ANOTHER dick in WAY over his head. He can’t hide his neo-con bias, the fact he HAS gingrich on shows his support for their….”agenda”. He kept bringing up the current Speaker, trying to somehow blame HER for torture ala, oxi-rush. I watch this show because I have to. I don’t watch fox, but I’m having a hard time telling the difference.

Newt the creepy muppet-like reptile went ape this week by accusing Speaker Nancy Pelosi of accusing  ALL the people who work at CIA of lying. He blathered something on squinty-eye Scarborough’s ( ANOTHER GOPer who abruptly resigned from congress after a dead woman was found in his district office) “show” ,that she either didn’t do her job or she did it and is afraid to talk about it or  SOME stupid thing.

FIRST, If ANYone is going to give advice about the Office of the Speaker of the House, it AIN’T newtie. Remember when NEWT resigned in disgrace? This reptile resigned because of MASSIVE ethical problems and because it came out that while he was railing against Clinton’s……”oral hijimks”, he was doing exactly the same thing with a staffer from the AG department. All this from a guy on his third wife who divorced his first wife while she was batteling cancer. Now he wants to run for president.(OH PLEASE, with Sarah Palin??PLEASE PLEASE!!!) This guy has converted to a catholic so he is now absolved of all his past “relations”.

The GOP has a somewhat…..checkered relationship the the CIA. Remember when bush got the now famous presidential briefing that stated “bin Laden Determined to Strike within the US? His reaction was ” OK, you covered your ass, you can go now” Then went fishing. The ultimate betrayal came when Joseph Wilson wrote the op-ed “What I didn’t find in Africa“. The adminstrations response to Mr Wilson DARING to write the truth? To expose his wife Valerie Plame who was a non-official cover agent whose job was…… NUCLEAR PROLIFERATION in the middle East! The right-wing tried to cover their ass by describing her as a secretary. HERE’S what she really did. Her job was to PREVENT the “mushroom cloud” that bush was so concerned about. JESUS, I could go on and on.

But back to newtie.He and cheney and a host of OTHER morons are busy flapping their big lying mouths about torture. They first denied they tortured, then they said they did, but it was only used on bad people and it kept us safe. Then, they BRAGGED that they tortured and President Obama should torture too. NOW they are trying to blame Nancy Pelosie for not STOPPING them from torturing. In 2002, when she was supposed to have been briefed, she was the MINORITY ranking member of the Intell committee. SHE WAS BY LAW SWORN TO SECRECY about what was said in those “briefings”. It was 2002 and our country was being whipped into a frienzy about war and with the help of a pathetic, weak and willing media, cowed ALL dissent. So I would suggest newtie AND cheney shut up and crawl back under the slimy rock that torture, kidnapping and sodomizing little kids in front of their partnts oozed out of. Words fail me how to describe what the bush administration did. It’s even more difficult to describe my contempt for newt as he tries to make political points by blaming Nancy Pelosi for BUSH/CHENEY’S actions. He is a bush-league lout and the ULTIMATE hypocrit. And I HOPE he runs for president.Bastard!

In a floor debate on the Mathew Shepard hate crime legislation, that genious from North Carolina Virginia Foxx stated in the congressional record that Mr Shepard was the victim of a robbery gone bad, NOT tortured to death because he was gay. THEREFORE , Adding his name to the bill is a “hoax” I repeat, a HOAX. Mathew Shepard’s MOTHER was in the gallery and this……..person states that her son’s death at the hands of those monsters is a HOAX. This clip is less than thirty seconds of Rep Foxxs’ re-write of reality. Not that reality is a consideration when you just HATE American citizens who happen to be gay.

Rep Foxx, Rep Bachmann, Sarah Palin, that nutcase Spencer Bachus from Alabama claiming he has a secret list of seven “socialists” in congress, they are just making this too darn easy. To heck with fox news, we should consider a FOXX network where all the remaining GOPers can just talk talk talk about this kind of stuff 24/7. How can we in the reality-based community fight this kind of swill? We don’t.

A while back, I wrote that the GOP was dying. I think it’s time to order flowers for the memorial service. That was when the spokesmen for the GOP were Sarah Palin, Joe (not his real name) the plumber (he’s NOT a plumber) and the  “maverick” McCrazy’s bus was so full of lobbyists they had to ditch some luggage. Things have deteriorated a bit since then.

NOW, oxi-rush and Glenn (nuttier than squirrel turds) beck and john the boner and mitch Mcfillibuster are the big communicators. Bobby (Piyush sounds …..”foreign”)  Jindal lambasted spending money on the US Geological Survey’s volcano monitoring device upgrade a couple weeks before a volcano blew up in Alaska. The GOP supports torture. They recently killed spending for a flu pandemic preparation and are filibustering the confirmation of HHS Secretary Katherine Sebelius just as an outbreak of deadly swine/bird flu is exploding. Bad timing, as usual. Taxcuts, teabagging and calling President Obama nasty names is all they got. The latest poll has President Obama at 69% job approval. To quote the Texas treat and professor of bullflopology, “Doctor” Phil, “How’s THAT working out for ya?”.

Senator Arlen Spector (R-PA) Switched parties today and is now a Democrat. This is NOT a huge surprise, as Joe Biden and Governor Ed Rendell have been working the magic-bullet man for quite some time.Not to be TOO much of a cynic here but the good Senator was facing a big GOP primary challenge in the land of Penn. So it’s pretty much of a solid fact that he did what is best for him. AND the other fact is that no matter WHAT kind of Democrat he will be, at least he stated publicly why he did what he did. The GOPers nastied them selves out of ANOTHER seat. They are dead and this is yet more proof that the GOP is dead and can’t stop digging themselves deeper. So who’s next? After the last eight years,this is REALLY fun.

SO WHAT!!!! They are a successful radio business, something NO left wing radio outfit can say. The best radio show hosts like say, Peter B Collins are off the air. Folks like Hartmann have left AAR because AAR is being run into the ground AGAIN by amateurs. Mike Malloy, like him or NOT is relegated to self-syndication and podcast sales to try to survive. I KNEW Randi, being the radio professional that she IS, was working a deal with real, adult radio professionals to do it RIGHT this time, NOT relying on some cobbed-together mess of nuts and fools.Welcome back Randi,you were SORLEY missed!
