RANDI RHODES COMING BACK!

It’s official! Randi Rhodes is going back on the air May 11th! She is being syndicated by Premier Radio Networks. She’s going to be broadcasting from Washington DC!!!Read the “Green 960″ announcement HERE. Of course her detractors will LOVE to point out that Premier syndicates the rightest of the right. SO WHAT!!!! They are a successful radio business, something NO left wing radio outfit can say. The best radio show hosts like say, Peter B Collins are off the air. Folks like Hartmann have left AAR because AAR is being run into the ground AGAIN by amateurs. Mike Malloy, like him or NOT is relegated to self-syndication and podcast sales to try to survive. I KNEW Randi, being the radio professional that she IS, was working a deal with real, adult radio professionals to do it RIGHT this time, NOT relying on some cobbed-together mess of nuts and fools.Welcome back Randi,you were SORLEY missed!

Can’t wait. Only thing that is disappointing is that they say she is going to broadcast from Washington. Why can’t she stay at home here in Palm Beach like fatso does.

I can’t wait either Barry. I remember Randi hinting about moving to DC right before she left the drobney disaster, OH I am THRILLED that she’s going to be in DC. She will have better access to movers and shakers there, not to mention a better chance to BE there where all the back stories happen. The bars, parties and meetings where the stuff gets talked about is exactly where she will shine. As for fatso, I don’t care WHERE he bloviates from he will ALWAYS be wrong. GO RANDI!! I don’t give a damn WHO she works for – as long as they don’t try to censor or otherwise control her speech.

I don’t think Randi would sign up for a job where she would be restricted, censored or controlled. That is why she is so great because she just says it like it is, and if she can’t, she won’t. You go girl! Miss you…….

I absolutely agree.Ironically, the only place Randi has been censored is the supposed “progressive” AAR. Green was a staunch Hillary supporter, and that stand-up bit she did cost her the job. In MY eyes, Green is not one bit better than the nazis he rails against. AND he’s a shitty businessman as it pertains to the radio biz.

Randi and Mike are too far to the left for conservative Phoenix. Yet there are markets where they do great, and for whatever reason, Mike Malloy isn’t on the air in the People’s Republic of Boulder, Colorado (where there’s a carbon tax), or, many of the liberal ski resort towns in Colorado (Breckenridge, Durango, etc.). Mike Malloy was #1 on WLS Chicago years ago – that’s a very liberal market.
